All the three dresses are from H&M(first, second-jersey dress and third) so it's not really very pricey. Since my blog name is "Glitter And Blush", I thought I should dedicate my first December post to that, hence the abundance of glitter. I figured we all have at least one simple black dress lying somewhere in our closet and I wanted to show some ideas on how incorporate that into a holiday outfit. Just plain, simple add loads of glitter and metallic hues. A statement jacket will do all the tricks. The first jacket is from Saint Laurent, the second jacket is from Marco Bologna and the third jacket is from Dior.

It feels like a ritual to place my hand around/beside my head, quite awkwardly if I must say. I am totally clueless when it comes to positioning my hands while taking a photo. A few weeks earlier, one of my friend asked me which one clothing do I have in my wardrobe for the longest period of time and that I would still wear. I have no clear idea when I bought this jacket. If I have to guess I think I bought it back in 2007 and I'm surprised that it still fits. Went on a vacation at a very famous hill-station in India and saw a shop selling this one. Back then the idea of having this jacket seemed so enticing. I thought I could finally look like the covetable badass that I always wanted to be. Now don't look at me like that, I was sixteen and I used to listen to a lot of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath back then(obviously that rock-metal phase of mine is long dead and gone, though I still appreciate all type of music genre). For some reason I kept it and wear it every other winter. Thankfully it's a pretty versatile one. Me and this other guy from Germany kept fighting over it. After thirty minutes of combative debate, I was enforced to use my lethal weapon. All I had to do was put on the 'puppy-eyes' look and he finally decided to let me have it.
